Natasha Kosevych — known professionally as Natkos — is a Honolulu-based piercer with three years of professional work on the island. Originally from Ukraine, she apprenticed under Matt Towns at Sacred Art Saratoga (the shop now operating as Ohana Tattoo Company) and has built her practice around one idea: a piercing isn't a procedure — it's a piece of jewelry, designed and curated for the person wearing it.
She is an APP Legacy Scholar — a recognition from the Association of Professional Piercers — and will be attending the upcoming APP conference in Las Vegas. She has completed OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens training and is currently completing First Aid certification. Every appointment runs to those standards.
What sets her work apart is the design language: chains, drapery, gemstones, multi-piercing constellations. She studies ornamental carpets, plants, mixed media, and visual storytelling, and that vocabulary shows up on her clients' ears, necks, and bodies as something closer to wearable art than standard piercing.

Natasha sketches placement on photos of your ear or body, sources jewelry options, and shares the design + jewelry quote. You approve before anything is ordered.
Payment for the custom design is locked in before the appointment so jewelry can be ordered. Once paid, your appointment is confirmed and the jewelry is sourced to spec.
You arrive at TNT (Thursday) or Ohana (Fri/Sat). Single needle per piercing, single-use everything, APP-grade jewelry pre-sterilized. Full aftercare instructions and follow-up.
